2010 Portland Urban Iditirod
Sunday, March 14th, 2010This was the 9th Portland Urban Iditirod and my first. It was probably the craziest thing I have ever participated in Portland. Over 100 teams race through the streets of portland behind custom decorated shopping carts. As KATU news puts it: “There are no winners, there are no loses, there are just a bunch of belligerent people”
Our team was Big Buck Hunter Safari - Shoots even managed to track down fake guns for us! We had two carts, the one I am pushing bellow and a mobile stripper pole (it got lots of looks)
