Camouflage Sewing Machine

Friday, April 23rd, 2010

This is my second camouflage sewing machine, and the first to have the ACU (Army Combat Uniform) pattern.  My first machine was sprayed multicam and can be seen here.

I want to eventually show these at a gallery and hopefully find new homes for some of them.

Are you an operator with a need for tactical sewing in hostile environments?  This machine can be yours:

So I cranked out another batch of 502 flags.  One went to my friend Jason who will be going overseas on an all expense paid trip to one of our war zones.  The other flag went to Bjorn, so he can fly it when he’s smoke jumping.  He got a job in Boise as a full time smoke jumper.  That commie know’s how to party and I hope to visit him soon.

502 in the ’stan

We are worldwide baby!  Well, we have been since the initial invasion when General Simpson set foot.  But now its official with the 502 flag!  Are you going somewhere crazy and dangerous? Send me a message and if it’s just crazy enough, I’ll sew you a flag for your next adventure.  No bartering flag for beers, women or pony rides.  My only fee is a picture…

My 2008 campaign….

Sewing

Friday, September 26th, 2008

I have found to enjoy it.  I was in Fabric Land the other day and I noticed I was the only guy out of 30 or so women.  They all looked at me kinda funny.  It won’t be so funny when I stitch quicker!

The beginning.

I wonder where this will go……

Today has been good and not so good.  Making a flag to fly high above the Traingle for the Pendleton Round Up.  Round Up will be excellent.

Found out a friend has testicular cancer and will be loosing a ball tomorrow.  I guess they will be giving him a fake one to keep the other one company.  He’s doing good, but the operation will cost him an arm and a leg(and a ball).  There is a benefit concert in the works, and I’ll be donating some mugs etched with nuts. Get yourself tested.  Right now.  In the bathroom.
